Sierra Equine offers the following services, provided by a staff of licensed veterinarians and veterinary assistants at our clinic or at your barn:

1. 24 hour ambulatory emergency response to Sierra Equine clients: As a multi-doctor practice, we have an on-call doctor 24/7/365.
2. Reproductive services including management of brood mares, foals and stallions,
   1. Palpations and ultra sound of mares to maximize conception rate.
   2. Care of mares through gestation. Post-foaling care of mare and foal.
   3. Semen collection. Evaluation and shipping of cooled semen for stallion owners.
   4. Live cover and artificial insemination with cooled and frozen semen
3. Advanced diagnostics using digital radiography and digital ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment of lameness in horses.
4. Routine veterinary care:
   1. Vaccinations, de-worming and wellness exams.
   2. Insurance exams.
   3. Vaccination clinic when organized by stable managers/owners.
   4. Dentistry
   5. Client education.
5. Prepurchase exams tailored to the needs of the prospective buyer, including digital radiographs if indicated.
6. Coggins and Health Certificates for transportation and shipping of horses.
